Global K Training is a young dynamic company with a largely blue chip client base. We provide professional training events which can be tailored to meet your needs. We can conduct a training needs analysis on your behalf and offer appropriate training solutions after identifying your training needs. Our approach is to involve the client at all times and we include a post training evaluation in order to assess the success of the training. Our training professionals are carefully selected and work either directly for us, or, on an associate basis. They all have a blue chip training background and bring skills and experience from a wide variety of industries.

What is assessment?

An assessment centre is a variety of tests and exercises to ascertain the suitability of a potential employee's skills and ability. This is aligned to meet the requirements of employment opportunities in your company. The tests and exercises are designed to determine behaviours and trends that will ensure their suitability in the role.

The day consists of desk exercises, role-plays relevant to a variety of positions, and group exercises. These are carried out by professional, independent observers who are trained and experienced in objective interviewing skills. The role-play exercises are conducted by professional actors.

The results are fed back to you immediately and recommendations made upon objective assessment from a variety of observers.
