Work Permit Sponsorships - EC Work Permits

For non-EC nationals, we can assist them to work in certain EC countries by sponsoring their work permit application and acting as their employer throughout their time in the EC. In order for the work permit sponsorship service to be available, certain contractual conditions must exist.

For a work permit sponsorship to be available, there may be a requirement for certain contractual conditions to pre-exist, the principle one of which is that we must have a contractual relationship with the ultimate user of the contractor's professional services.

So, if you have a contract which can only be undertaken should you be in possession of a work permit, and you can persuade the recruitment agency (if involved)  to allow a direct contractual link between Global K and the agency client, then we will be happy to help you obtain the work permit and will offer you an appropriate means through which to undertake your contract, which will come with our full range of services as described on this web-site.
